From Meiringen to Lenk. You are on your way 7 days, over passes, summits, cliffs, Alpine pastures, mountain atmosphere, charming valleys, and villages with world-renowned names. You have the possibility, to shorten your daily route, with the post bus and mountain railways. Distance trekking of several days becomes possible without too much organizational effort.

DAY 1: Meiringen - Aareschlucht - Innertkirchen
Walk to the Aareschlucht. The gorge is an impressive witness to the last Ice Age.

DAY 2: Meiringen - Grosse Scheidegg - Grindelwald
The closeness of the mountain giants and the glaciers, the numerous wild brooks and the splendid fauna make this hike an impressive experience.

DAY 3: Grindelwald - Kleine Scheidegg - Lauterbrunnen
The Kleine Scheidegg belongs to the most-travelled pass routes of the Bernese Highlands. The view of the trio Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau is unique.

DAY 4: Lauterbrunnen - Mürren - Sefinenfurgge - Kiental
The highlight of the mountain scenery is the variation from the spell of the highland mountains forms to the nearness of the fern fields of the Blüemlisalp. Hiking time: 6h

DAY 5: Kiental - Hohtürli - Kandersteg
High-alpine crossing from the Kien Valley into the Kander Valley.
The blooming alpine fields, the immediate closeness of the glaciers and the views into the deep blue of lake Oeschinen will let every hiker's heart beat higher.

DAY 6: Kandersteg - Sunnbühl - Rote Chumme - Engstligenalp
Between glacier and mountain lake up on the wild Engstligen-ridge and over the flowery Alps down to the inviting mountain houses on the Engstligenalp.

DAY 7: Adelboden - Hahnenmoos Pass - Bühlberg - Lenk
Hahnenmoos Pass - under the spell of the Wildstrubel.
Easy and beautiful scenic pass route between both tourist centres Adelboden and Lenk.
Hiking time: 4 hours 30 minutes
